Terms and Conditions for The Collective x The Felix Project Christmas Charity Competition

1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in The Collective x The Felix Project Christmas Charity Competition (the "Competition") organised by The Collective Dairy UK ("we", "us", or "our"). This competition opens on 25th November 2024 and closes on 15th January 2025.
1.2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and older.
2.2. Employees of The Collective, The Felix Project, and their family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Process
3.1. To enter, participants must scan the QR code located on The Collective's Gourmet range yoghurt seals, or click on a link via a digital touchpoint, directing them to the competition landing page.
3.2. Participants must complete the form on the landing page, providing their full name and email address. After submitting personal information, participants will be redirected to The Felix Project charity donation website.
3.3. Donations to The Felix Project are encouraged but are not a requirement for entry. Participants may enter the Competition without making a donation, and all entries shall be treated equally regardless of donation status.
4. Funds Handling
4.1. All donations made through the campaign will go directly to The Felix Project. The Collective will not handle, store, or have access to any donated funds at any time.
4.2. The Felix Project is solely responsible for receiving, processing, and managing all donations made as part of the campaign.
4.3. For further information on how funds are managed, please refer to The Felix Project’s policies or contact them directly.
5. Prize Information
5.1. Prizes will be awarded to three winners as follows:

1st Place: One year’s worth of The Collective’s yoghurts, Collective merchandise, and a Fortnum and Mason’s hamper of the winner’s choosing up to the value of £150.

2nd Place: A bundle of B Corp goodies, three months’ worth of The Collective’s yoghurts, and merchandise.

3rd Place: A bundle of The Collective’s yoghurts and merchandise.
5.2. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
5.4. The Collective reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances.
6. Winner Notification
6.1. Winners will be notified by email within 30 days following the Competition’s conclusion, prior to 15th February 2025.
6.2. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, The Collective reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance
7.1. Personal data collected during the Competition will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By entering the Competition, participants consent to The Collective collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.
7.2. The data collected through the competition data capture form will be stored securely via Wix. It will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.
7.3. Unless participants have opted to subscribe to The Collective mailing list, personal data held by The Collective will be retained only for the duration of the Competition and will be deleted within 30 days after the Competition ends, ensuring compliance with data minimisation principles.
7.4. Participants have the right to access their data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time. All such requests can be directed to The Collective UK’s Data Protection Officer by email at hello@thecollectivedairy.com.
8. Newsletter Subscription
8.1. By checking the optional checkbox to join The Collective’s mailing list, participants consent to receiving marketing communications, updates, and promotional offers from The Collective.
8.2. Subscription to the mailing list is not a requirement for entry into the Competition and does not influence the chances of winning.
8.3. Participants may opt out of the mailing list at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in the emails or by contacting The Collective directly at hello@thecollectivedairy.com.
8.4. Personal data provided for the mailing list subscription will be handled in accordance with The Collective’s Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Collective is not responsible for:

Entries that are incomplete, delayed, or lost due to personal errors or technical issues.

Any errors or omissions in the prize details.

Any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in the Competition or from acceptance of any prize.
10. Disqualification
10.1. Entries will be disqualified if found to be:

Incomplete, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Submitted by ineligible participants.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Amendments
12.1. The Collective reserves the right to amend or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time due to events beyond its control or as required to ensure the fair and proper administration of the Competition.
