These creamy frozen yoghurt lollies made by ‘Cooking Them Healthy’ with our new Mango ‘n’ Peach Kids Big Tubs make the perfect treat for a warm summers day. They contain no added sugar or nasties, makin’ them a healthy snack with some added zing from the mint. Get your kids involved to help make them, they’re sure to be a hit with the whole family!
Makes 6 lollies
Alrighty, you’ll need:
- 280g The Collective Kids Mango ‘n’ Peach yoghurt
- 150ml coconut milk
- 3 mint leaves, finely chopped
- 6 lolly moulds
Now you need to:
- Simply mix the yoghurt and coconut milk together in a bowl, then stir through the chopped mint leaves.
- Pour the mixture into the lolly moulds and place in the freezer overnight or until set.
