berry and beetroot kefir smoothie bowl

This awesome, colourful smoothie bowl is packed with goodness and is a great way to start the day!

Alrighty you'll need:

  • 250ml The Collective Berries 'n' Hibiscus Kefir
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 a cooked beetroot
  • Toppings (optional): fresh fruit, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, seeds, mint

Now you just need to:

  1. Blend the Kefir, raspberries, banana and beetroot in a blender until smooth, adding more Kefir if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings and devour immediately.
