coconut kefir overnight oats

Give our overnight oats a whirl for a brekkie you can grab when you're running out the door in a flash! Plus, adding our Kefir means you'll be packing in over 60 billion cultures per serving *woah*

Alrighty you'll need:

  • 500ml The Collective Coconut 'n' Honey Kefir
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. coconut chips
  • A drizzle of honey, to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Runny honey, to taste
  • 2 handfuls blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. goji berries
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp. toasted coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp. chopped almonds

  1. Mix together the Kefir, oats, coconut, honey and salt in a bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
  2. Divide the overnight oats between two bowls and top with your desired toppings.
