coconut kefir yoghurt overnight oats

Who wants a flippin' tasty brekkie that is ready when you wake up? Try this overnight oats recipe using our Coconut Kefir... creamy, sweet, nutty & totally delish. Our Kefir yoghurts are jam-packed with 13 different strains of live and active cultures and are the perfect way to get your daily dose of gut goodness. Serves 3.

Alrighty you'll need:

  • 450g The Collective coconut kefir yoghurt
  • 100g oats
  • A drizzle of honey
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • a pinch of salt

Alrighty you'll need:

  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

Now you just need to:

  1. Mix together the coconut kefir yoghurt, oats, 1tsp toasted coconut flakes, honey and salt in a bowl
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight
  3. Divide the overnight oats between three bowls
  4. Add the suggested toppings of berries, seeds and nuts, or add your own faves if you wish!
  5. Enjoy.

  2. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight
  3. Divide the overnight oats between three bowls
