nutty banana and vanilla kefir smoothie

Adding our Natural Kefir to this nutty banana and vanilla smoothie bowl will give it a wee bit of zing!

Alrighty you'll need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 250ml The Collective Natural Kefir
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 1 heaped tbsp. nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew or hazelnut)
  • 2 cubes of ice
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • A drizzle of honey, to taste
