Our friend Georgia from ‘Baking with Bones‘ is always cookin’ up an awesome array of baked goodies for her friends and family…she’s whipped up the recipe for these delicious yoghurt scones using our Straight Up and boy oh boy are they moreish!


Top tip: if you fancied something a li’l different, you could try using one of our big fruity tubs for a different flavoured scone *grin*

Alrighty, you’ll need:

500g plain flour

100g sugar

25g baking powder

120g butter

250g Straight Up yoghurt


Now you just need to:

  1. Set the oven to 180C
  2. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a food processor
  3. Add the butter and Straight Up yoghurt until the mixture forms a dough
  4. Roll out the dough and then cut into round shapes with a cutter
  5. Place the circles onto a lined baking tin and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden on top
