Sunny's cheesy veggie roll ups

Simple, wholesome ‘n’ perfect for little hands. These roll-ups are great for a quick snack or lunchtime treat.

what you'll need

  • 1 large tortilla wrap

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • A handful of grated cheddar

  • 30g grated carrot

  • 30g sliced cucumber

  • A handful of baby spinach leaves

what to do

  1. Spread the cream cheese over the tortilla wrap.

  2. Sprinkle on the cheddar, carrot, cucumber, and spinach evenly.

  3. Roll up the wrap tightly and slice into pinwheels.
