Here at The Collective HQ we’ve been munching on Nims delicious fruit and vegetable crips, a range of air-dried snacks which are wholesome and natural, just what we need on a busy day at the office or when we’re out and about too! We’ve discovered that the team at Nims are also big fans of our yoghurt, so we’ve teamed up and created some recipes together just for you *grin*
Top tip: you could try this recipe with other flavours of The Collective’s range for another way to serve it up!
Alrighty, you’ll need:
100g The Collective passionfruit yoghurt (plus a li’l extra to serve)
225ml coconut milk
20g chia seeds
1 pack Nim’s Pineapple and Kiwi Fruit Crisps
Now you need to:
- Place the oats, chia seeds, The Collective’s passion fruit yoghurt and coconut milk into a bowl and mix well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, pop the Nim’s fruit crisps into your favourite bowl and pour in the overnight oats and chia seed mixture.
- Add an extra dollop of The Collective’s passionfruit yoghurt to serve and dig in!
